Are the therapists verified and qualified?

Yes. All therapists on TheMindNetwork are verified mental health professionals with relevant credentials in psychology, psychiatry, or counseling.

How do I book a therapy session?

Sign up, complete your profile and our team will get in touch. Choose a plan, schedule your first session and start therapy. Try different therapists until you find the right one.

Is my information confidential?

Absolutely. We maintain strict confidentiality and follow Indian mental health privacy regulations. All therapists are bound by professional confidentiality agreements and ethical codes. Your personal information and session details are encrypted and secure.

What therapy modalities are offered?

Therapy relationship

When you begin therapy, the professional relationship is between you and the therapist. TheMindNetwork helps with matching, scheduling support, and the workspace tools. Clinical decisions, confidentiality exceptions, and the quality of care remain with the licensed or otherwise qualified professional. Additional consent may be collected before records are shared in the workspace.

Providers

Providers represent that their credentials, licenses, and public profile information are true. We may verify and unlist profiles. Public profile URLs may be indexed by search engines.

Payments

Exploration calls and session fees are described at checkout or by our team. Refunds follow the plan you purchase. Payment processors handle card or UPI data; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, scrape private data, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content. Free tools may be used without an account; please do not overload them.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and tools belong to TheMindNetwork unless otherwise noted. You may not copy the therapy guide or other tools for a competing service without permission.
