About
About TheMindNetwork
We started with a simple vision: help people navigate their mental health journey — from the first confusing step to the care that continues after it.
Who we are
TheMindNetwork was started in 2025 by Muskan, our founder. We are based in Bangalore, and we work with therapists across India.
A journey of care
Getting started can feel lonely, and the path can become daunting. We want to stay with you through the whole journey — not hand you a name and step away.
That means helping you understand where to begin, giving you self-help resources and guides, connecting you with therapists, supporting people who want psychiatric medications and consultations, and helping with assessments when that is part of care. From there, we keep a continuous feedback and care ecosystem around you.
How matching works
Matching is a series of questions, a basic assessment, and a consultation call with someone on our team. You can also have that consultation call with the founder.
In that process we look at hard filters and soft filters — on your side and on the therapist’s.
Hard filters are the practical constraints that have to line up: your location and your budget.
Soft filters are why you are here and how you work. Your concerns. Why you are seeking therapy. Your personality style.
On the therapist side we look at the same kind of picture: their lived experience, the kinds of clients they have worked with before, what they are trained on, what they are certified in, and their own personality.
All of that goes into a good match — not an ideal or perfect one. A match can still not work out. After a few sessions we may realise you need someone else. When that happens, we stay with you and help you figure out what works, by iterating.
What we will not automate or promise
We will not automate or promise away care and human connect. That part stays with people.
There is no perfect or ideal match. Our therapy guide and therapist fit reflection are starting points, not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. A quiz does not replace a first session, and we do not promise that the first therapist will be the one you stay with.
If you want to get started, contact us, browse therapists, or use the guides and tools.
