Worthy every investment. I mean the person I was in feb to what I am today is so different. Got more productive overall at work. I am able to manage and regulate my emotions, so the episodes of binge eating are rare. I have been more active and recovery is also better with therapy (100+ HRV)

she is exceptionally well in feeling you heard, and she validates the pain so so well, previous therapist was too engaged with the stuff you tell..this feels like analysing, but with her i feel heard, if you get what i mean
